She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Phelps Smith of Roper, N. C. and Barbara Phelps Bateman (Richard) of Edenton, N. C.; her daughter-in-law Mary Louise Phelps of Edenton; her sons, Gary Allan Phelps (Joyce) of Roper, N. C. and Michael Anthony Phelps (Suzanne) of Roper; and her friend March. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, twenty-four great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
