He was predeceased by: his parents, Major Pardue and Pauline Smith Pardue; and his sister Anne Harpe. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Bledsoe Pardue; his sons, Cameron Pardue (Abigail) of Ronda, Brandon Pardue (Ashley) of Ronda and Nathan Pardue (Reneé) of Ronda; his grandchildren, Aubrey, Caden, Savannah, Jade, Judah, Ava and Sadie; his sister Helen Brooks (Craig) of Jonesville; his brother-in-law Henry Harpe of Ronda; his mother-in-law Ruby Bledsoe of Fleetwood, NC; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Bledsoe of Fleetwood, NC. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
