He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Benjamin and Sina Marie Adams Lewis; and his former wife Faye Brannon Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Bertha Reece Lewis; his daughter Sheila Lamm of Jonesville; his stepdaughter Susan Wagoner (Todd) of Elkin; his son Phillip Lewis (Lisa) of Roaring River; his stepson Stacy Jones (Angie) of Hamptonville; his grandsons, Jacob and Isaac; his stepgrandchildren, Joel, Andrew, Henry, Kaitland, Noel and Lela Beth; his stepgreat-grandsons, Harrison, Ezra and David; and his sisters, Peggy Sue Wagoner of Ronda, Betty Jean Ladd of Ronda and Mary Kate Brannon of Yadkinville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
