He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd Maness and Minnie Lee Seagraves Martin; his children, Angela Lynn and Loyd Spencer Martin, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Angela Lewis Dickinson; his great grandchild Asa David Martin; his sister Lillie Belle Martin Alexander; and his brothers-in-law, James Alexander and Dwight Hendren.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Vanhoy Martin; his grandchildren, Angela Carson (Bret), Taylor Martin (Morgan Thomas), Austin Martin (Jamie Evans), Kaitlyn Brownridge (Derrick) and Tiffany Martin; his sister Janet Moore (Lloyd); his niece Renee Deal (Terry); and his nephews, Kevin Hendren (Suzanne Branca) and Christopher Alexander (Amy McCann).
