It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Linda Sue Poplin of Ronda, North Carolina, who passed away on February 13, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brothers, Gary Brent Poplin and Ivan Benarr Poplin (Linda Eller Poplin); and her sister-in-law Sara Ferris Poplin. She is survived by: her husband Sam Poplin; her son Brandon Poplin (Robin) of Ronda; her granddaughter Bella Poplin of Waynesville; and her siblings, Tommie Ford (Bobby) of Elkin, Sandy Poplin (Rosann) of Ronda, Coy Poplin of Ronda and Jeff Poplin (Beth) of Elkin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest that memorials be made to Maple Springs United Methodist Church Cemetery Fund or to Mountain Valley Hospice.
