He was predeceased by: his father William Ward; and his siblings, Wayne Ward, Alma Gilligan, Linda Ward and Ellen Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Lillie Stewart Ward; his daughter Sandy Trivette (David); his granddaughter Dr. Kayla Lyon (Brandon); his great grandchild Navy Lyon; his sisters, Edna Call, Jean Ward, Willa Ward, Gay Shamel (Ray), Carolyn Harris (Jimmy) and Betty Wyatt (Arvil); and his sister-in-law Marie Ward. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
