He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Park and Elerice Caudle Wagoner; and his brother Jerry Park. He is survived by: his wife Linda Howell Park; his sisters-in-law, Jo Park of Elkin, Brenda Howell and Mary Belle Caudle; his nieces, Kristie Byrd and Bartie Waddell; and his nephew Jeff Park. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson.
