He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis S. Church and Cecilia Faye Parker Church; his wife Jurilene "Jerry" Luffman Church; and his sisters, Opal Anthony, Nita Darnell and Sybil Gentry.
He is survived by: his daughters, Donna F. Church (Pat Marley) of Ronda and Daphne E. Cothren (Jerry) of Ronda; his sister Doris Anthony of Roaring River; and his grandsons, Tim Renegar (Leah), Daniel Renegar (Brandy), Lee Cothren (Erin) and James Cothren. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
