She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Spicer and Rosa Lee Absher Spicer; her husband Rufus Combs; and her siblings, Glenda Gordon and Sam Spicer.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Combs of Ronda, Ricky Combs (Misty) of Ronda and Teresa Easley of Ronda; and her siblings, Jack Stewart (Cindy) of Winston-Salem and Ivadine Hester (Bill) of East Bend. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and twenty-one great-grandchildren.
