She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Reynolds and Ruby Laster Reynolds; and her brother Larry C. Reynolds. She is survived by: her husband Johnny Creed; her sons, Chris Creed (Sheila) of Ronda and Darren Creed (Brandi) of Ronda; her siblings, Leonard Reynolds (Liz) of Jonesville and Cindy Simmons (Phil); her sister-in-law Phyllis Reynolds; her grandchildren, Nicole Collins (Travis), Ethan Creed (Kary), Seth Creed, Lane Creed (Kayte) and James Steele; and her great grandchildren, Reece, River, Peyton, Crosby, Brady, Jackson and Bo.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Little Elkin Baptist Church (1161 Little Elkin Church Rd, Ronda, NC 28670). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Woltz Hospice Home, 945 Zephyr Road, Dobson, NC 27017.
