She was predeceased by: her parents, William Sanford and Zera Pardue Inscore; her husband Carl Monroe Adams; her siblings, Gorrell Inscore (Texie Lou), Ralph Inscore (Reta), Hubert Inscore (Mae), Barney Inscore, Helen Swaim (Atlas), Ruth Somers (Bill) and Eva Adams (Lonnie); and her brothers-in-law, Monroe Holloway and Bill Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Roger Carl Adams (Vanessa), Harold Ray Adams (Barbara), Darold Gray Adams (Phoebe) and Jerry Ann Truitt (Tony); her grandchildren, Allen Adams, Alexandria Dixon, Jacob Adams (Lora), Zachariah Adams (Kayla), Jessica Clifton (Robert), Rosmond O'Berry (Travis) and Adam Truitt (Amy); and her sisters, Dessie Holloway, Mildred Davis and Carol Barker (Walter). She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
