He was predeceased by: his brother Rob Wernock of Toms River, NJ. I. He is survived by: his children, Robert Wernock and Jessica Smith of Palm Bay, FL; his grandchildren, John W. Smith IV of Fort Drum, NY, Aleah M. Lane, Leilah S. Smith and Lilliana M. Hirst of Palm Bay, FL; and his sibling Marty Wernock of Lutz. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
