He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Harts and Annie Hale Harts. He is survived by: his daughter Anna Lisa Blanford; his grandson Jonathan Jalin Mathis; his siblings, Willie Harts, Amanda Kosh, Jenny Suggs and Vickie Jonkheer; his wife Linda Deal Harts; his daughter Terry Harts Mathis; his grandson Jamie Mathis; his stepgrandsons, Sean Mathis and Cory Blandford; his great grandchild Victoria Grace Mathis; his stepgreat-grandson Garrett Riggs; his sisters, Nancy Morris (Bruce) and Rena Cooper (Ronnie); and his nephew Russell Morris. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
