He was predeceased by: his parent Ralph H. Clay, Sr.; and his stepfather Donald H. Winklebleck. He is survived by: his parent Nancy L. Clay Winklebleck (Abel); and his wife Teri of Lebanon, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
As Ricky was a staunch advocate for the proper treatment of fellow veterans, it is requested that donations be made in memory of Ricky Scott Clay to the Wounded Warriors Network, in lieu of flowers.
