He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kendrick and Rosemary Kendrick. He is survived by: his sons, Michael Kendrick Jr. of Burgaw and Kyle Kendrick of Kansas City, MO; his granddaughter Alexia Cynthia Kendrick; and his siblings, Robert Kendrick (Julie), Marianne Brittle and Jeannie Kendrick.
