It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marguerite Dale Wheeler of Rocky Point, North Carolina, who passed away on March 11, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Dale and Annie Ruth Murray Dale; her husband Walter Thurman Wheeler; her siblings, Floyd, Elmer Dale and Edna Garriss; and her grandmother Deanna Eakins (Deidra Bell).
She is survived by: her sisters, Lucille Odom, Naomi Tatum, Joanne Moore, Alana Walker and Margie. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
