She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Victor Ramsey and Blanche Hewett Ramsey. She is survived by: her children, Wendy Sneeden Norris (Jerry) and Allen Ray Sneeden Jr.; her grandchildren, Morgan Elizabeth Sneeden of Wilmington, Gavin Miles Norris of Wilmington, Bryson Cody Norris of Wilmington and Amber Leigh Sneeden of Wilmington; her siblings, Diana Ramsey Brady of Wilmington, NC, Betty Ramsey Wells of Wilmington, NC and George Ramsey of Jacksonville, NC; and her pets, Poptart, Scrappy and Delta.
