He was predeceased by: his parents, John Aloysius Casha Sr. and Dallie Marie Wadsworth Casha; and his sister Rosemary C. Fouts. He is survived by: his wife Georgia Elizabeth Phelps Casha; his children, Forrest Casha, Keith Casha (Angie) and Suzanne Casha of Rocky Point; his grandchildren, Aaron Casha and Gracelynn Casha; his nephew Brian Fouts (Vicky); and his brother-in-law William Fouts.

Memorial contributions can be made to the charity of ones choice.
