Jennifer left this world on April 24, 2025 at the age of 56, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her father Eugene Blake. She is survived by: her mother Jennifer Blake; her husband Jeff Riggs III; her children, Ryan Riggs of Rocky Point and Christine Riggs of Rocky Point; her grandchildren, Garrett Riggs, Victoria Mathis and Waylon Mathis; her brothers, Terry Blake (Kim) of Wilmington and Tim Blake of Wilmington; and her niece Shelby Blake.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Harrell's Funeral Home Chapel (212 S Dickerson St, Burgaw, NC 28425).
