She was predeceased by: her parents, George Dallas Flynn, Sr. and Lucille Amelia Williams Flynn; her husbands, Edward Adolph Langston and James "Jim" Hudgins; and her siblings, Barbara F. Pate, Jane Woodcock and George Flynn Jr..
She is survived by: her sons, Ed Langston (Jayne), Larry Langston (Linda Craig), Frank Langston (Peggy Whitley) and Rick Langston (Beth); her grandchildren, Kim Gray, Todd Langston (Jennifer), Julianna Langston and Amy Langston; her great grandchildren, Ashley Gray, Tyler Gray and Makena Langston; and her brother John J. "Blue" Flynn. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
In lieu of flowers Hazel requested memorial contributions may be given to Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital, PO Box 50, Memphis, TN 38101-9929.
