He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Harrell and Fonnie Nethercutt Harrell. He is survived by: his wife Mona Earp Harrell; his children, David Harrell (Angel) of Rocky Point and Cheryl Robinson (Daniel); his grandchildren, Nicholas Harrell, Aiden Harrell, Sean Robinson, Matthew Robinson, Laura Moore and Kristen Robinson; and his sister Mildred Clark. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
