He was predeceased by: his parent William Marvin Arp. He is survived by: his parent Bessie Vela Ward Arp; his children, Tara Ann Arp Harrell and Jonathan Christopher Arp (Elizabeth "Liz"); his grandchildren, William Harrell, Avery Harrell and Melina Arp; and his sister Marsha Sammons. He is also survived by many Extended family and friends.
