Hodge (Shaun); her granddaughter Tessa; her children, AnnMarie Eastridge (Greg), Nathan and Harper (Jamie Mazzarone); her brothers, Brian and Jack Kuiken; and her nephews, Brian Nicholas Kuiken and Brett Kuiken.
