She was predeceased by: her parents, Rochelle Lloyd McKoy and Charles H. McKoy; and her brother Charles E. McKoy. She is survived by: her husband Robert D. Cramer; her close friend Gladstone of Rocky Point; her children, Sabrina L. Cramer of Willard and Robert M. Cramer (Heather) of Willard; her grandchildren, Marcus R. Cramer (Kaylie), Hayley Spivey (Stephen) and Emaley Swinson (Cameron); and her great grandchildren, Zarya Cramer, Bellamy Cramer and Aliyah Cramer.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made (in Deborah's name) to Lower Cape Fear Life Care who cared for her in her last days.
