He is survived by: his wife Jo Simmons Weaver; his sister Judy; his brother-in-law Clark Garrett of Cary, NC; his mother-in-law Betty Simmons Molavi; his sister-in-law Beth Sturdy; his niece Brook Sturdy Wynot (Andrew); and his daughter Ava of Holly Springs, NC. He is also survived by three nephews.
