She was predeceased by: her daughter Mary Osbourne; and her siblings, William S. Bailey, Jr., Williametta Graham, Janice Dame, Bonnie Long and Margaretta Smiley.
She is survived by: her husband Daniel Willoughby; her son Lewis Willoughby; her stepson Daniel Willoughby, Jr.; and her siblings, James Bailey, Louise Boseman, Elizabeth Funk, Debra Funk and Kathy Winnemore. She is also survived by her 5 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family suggests donations be made to directly to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
