She is survived by: her husband Linwood Styron; her daughter Susan White (Matt) of Marion, NC; her stepdaughter Melissa Kowalski (James) of Wilmington, NC; and her brother Charles Huggins. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
