She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edward Arnold, Sr. and Thelma Wheeless Arnold; her husband William Capps; her brother James E. Arnold, Jr.; and her nephew Dale Narron.
She is survived by: her siblings, Cecil Arnold (Carol) of Morehead City and Clara Jane Narron of Wilson; her nieces and nephews, Randy Arnold, Tommy Narron, Austin Arnold (Tejhy), Ashley Taylor (Jonathan), Allison Jones (Justin), Rebecca Whitmire (Bradley) and Kim Ward; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Elizabeth, Caroline, Capri, Esmie, Davis, Noah, William, Kielyn and Anslee.
