He is survived by: his wife Ellen Baier Dean of Rocky Mount; his sons, Devin B. Dean (Cheryl) of Florida, Josh Dean (Theresa) of New York and Garrett Dean (Kim) of Maryland; his grandchildren, Bryan, Jeremy Dean, Austin, Kaleigh, Aidan, Dean, Liam and Brady Dean; and his siblings, George Dean (Barbara) of California and Janice Anne Collins (Brad) of Washington.
