He is survived by: his wife Geraldine "Gerri" Allison; his children, Kristen Shaffer (David) of Holiday, FL, Eric Allison of Holiday, FL and Kevin Allison of Phoenix, AZ; his siblings, Walter Allison (Joan) of Franklin, VA, Patricia Harrell of Knightdale, Fred Allison of Smithfield, VA and Robert "Bob" Allison of Virginia Beach, VA; his grandson Jason Duchene (Jasmine) of Phoenix, AZ.; his mother-in-law Joan B. Sheppard; and his siblings-in-law, Jeff Sheppard, Dan Sheppard (Catherine) and Jennifer Hartman (Pern).
