He was predeceased by: his parents, Sampson Thomas Bulluck, Sr. and Elizabeth Gray Briggs Bulluck; and his brothers, Henry Lawrence Bulluck and Alfred Ray Bulluck (Kay Michael Bulluck). He is survived by: his sister Jane Lamm (Bill) of Rocky Mount; and his nieces and nephews, Catrina Pettigrew, Jennifer Adams (Jeff), Erin Davis (Chris), Michelle Baker (David), Mark Pettigrew (Melannie) and Scott Bulluck. He is also survived by eight great nieces and nephews and one great-great niece.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Tom's memory to the church or charity of one's choice. "The family respectfully asks that no flowers be sent.".
