He is survived by: his mother Betty Sue Phillips Baggett; his wife Susan Kelly Baggett; his children, Julie Ann Baggett and Robert Eugene Baggett, III (Lauren); his grandchildren, William Robert Baggett, Nora Kate Baggett and Luke Nelson Baggett; and his siblings, Cindy Baggett Weatherly (John) and Philip Russ Baggett, Sr.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and good friends.
