He was predeceased by: his father Robert Eugene Baggett, Sr.; and his brother Patrick Keith Baggett. He is survived by: his mother Betty Sue Phillips Baggett; his wife Susan Kelly Baggett; his children, Julie Ann Baggett and Robert Eugene Baggett, III (Lauren); his grandchildren, William Robert Baggett, Nora Kate Baggett and Luke Nelson Baggett; and his siblings, Cindy Baggett Weatherly (John) and Philip Russ Baggett, Sr.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and good friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Englewood Baptist Church (1350 S Winstead Ave, Rocky Mount, NC 27803). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
