He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Wilson Bieber and Helen Mae Mohr Bieber; his sister Dolores Jane "Dee" Bieber Renninger; and his son-in-law Gary Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Joan S. Niehoff "Joanie" Bieber; his children, Valerie Manning (Donnie), Christine Wilson and Bruce Bieber (Pam); and his grandson Mark Bieber. He is also survived by his children and grandson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made in Richard's memory to Trinity Lutheran Church, 433 S. Winstead Ave, Rocky Mount, NC 27804.
