With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rebecca Parks of Rocky Mount, North Carolina, born in Statesville, North Carolina, who passed away on March 3, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clint Fox and Octavia Fox; her husband Edwin Parks; and her siblings, Duree Reneger, Merita Lanier, Charles Fox and Godfrey "Bud" Fox.
She is survived by: her family Rebecca "Becky" Fox Parks; her sons, Joey Parks (Valerie), Phil Parks (Holly), Ricky Parks (Rebecca), Tommy Parks (Sarah) and David Parks (Katherine); her brothers, Robert S. Fox (Nancy) of Chapel Hill and Michael E. Fox (Missy) of Chapel Hill; her grandchildren, Genna, Sydney, Bailey, Will, Luke, Drew, Octavia, Cale, Benjamin, Aiden, Cooper and Alan; her great grandchildren, Laila, Grey, Charlie, Olivia and Luke; and her stepgranddaughters, Hayleigh and Kristen.
