He is survived by: his wife Milisa Thompkins Owens; his children, Nikki Evans-Owens (Kelsey), Johnathan Page (Amanda) and Steven Owens; his grandchildren, Jaden, Jacob, Carmen, Bentley, Chloe, Elena, Lukas and London; and his siblings, Cathy O'Neal (Marty) and Haywood Cogar (Marcy).
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chapel Johnson Funeral Home & Cremation Services (661 English Rd, Rocky Mount, NC 27804). Visitation will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Parlor Johnson Funeral Home & Cremation Services (661 English Rd, Rocky Mount, NC 27804).
