It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Polly Ann Mooneyhan of Rocky Mount, North Carolina, who passed away on January 29, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Leon Hill and Edna Mae Frisby Hill. She is survived by: her husband James Ray Mooneyhan; her children, Peggy Bass, Billy King and Taylor Mooneyhan; her grandchildren, Ashley, C. J., Hailey, Riley and Daniel; her great grandchildren, Kayden and Colson; her siblings, Laura Cade, Katherine Page (Johnny), Pete Hill, June-Bug Cade (Vicky), Ray Cade and Robert Cade; her close friends, Kathy and Kurt Barnes; and her pets, Scooter-Bug, Hunter, Gator and Isabella. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dearest friends.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Praise Church (1279 E Old Spring Hope Rd, Nashville, NC 27856). Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
