He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Coolidge Snead, Sr. and Dorothy Page Whittemore Snead; and his brother Floyd Coolidge Snead, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Janet Marie Rawlins Snead; his children, Jason Bryant Snead (Jessica) and Susan Snead Webb (Kevin); and his grandchildren, Simon James Snead, Clara Juliet Snead, Joseph Eli Webb, Rebekah Lynn Webb and Sarah Grace Webb. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and good friends.

The family will be accepting flowers or donations may be made to the Arlington Baptist Church Building Fund, 1500 Bethlehem Rd, Rocky Mount, NC 27803.
