She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Durwood Lewis and Mary Lewis; her foster parents, Earl Craig and Louise Bailey Biddle; her son Jeffrey Kent Proctor (late Sandra); her foster brothers, Billy Lewis (Ali) and Bobby Bryant; her half-siblings, Frankie Biddle (Margo), Wayne Biddle (Della), Connie Biddle Morris (Charles), Becky Biddle Casper (Ray), Trina Biddle and Brenda Biddle Jones (Billy); her daughter Teri Proctor Meeks; her grandchildren, Travis Meeks (Jessica), Whitney Carney (Jason) and Zackary Proctor; her great grandchildren, Bobby Meeks, Haley Carney and Brianna Carney; her daughter-in-law Pam Proctor; her sister-in-law Mildred Bryant; her nieces, Dianne Dawes, Darlene Paul and Tammy Smith; and her nephew Bobby Bryant. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
