She was predeceased by: her parents, William Arthur Winstead and Ella Lou Viverette Winstead; her husband Ralph Columbus Rose; and her siblings, Gertie Mae Winstead Lewis, Agnes Estelle Winstead Matthews, Doris Nell Winstead Whitehead, Elijah Neet Winstead, Earnest Winstead, Frank Charles Winstead Sr. and Randolph "Randy" Winstead.
She is survived by: her son Kenneth Wayne "Kenny" Rose. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dearest friends.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Rocky Mount Memorial Park (4454 Dortches Blvd, Rocky Mount, NC 27804).
