She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ralph and Louise Proctor; her husband George Crusenberry; and her son Donnie Crusenberry. She is survived by: her daughter Tina Matthews (Paul) of Nashville; her daughter-in-law Karen Crusenberry of Rocky Mount; her sisters, Ida Ruth Lancaster (Frank) of Sharpsburg, Pat Rose (Robert) of Sharpsburg and Alma Wilkins of Rocky Mount; and her grandchildren, Matt Boone (Jennifer), Chris Boone (Danielle), D. J. Crusenberry (Tracey), Ben Crusenberry (Leanne), Brittany Pennington (Junior) and Kaitlin Fogleman (Tyler). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, family friends and other extended relatives.
