Louis E. Pendleton Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Louis E. Pendleton (Rocky Mount, North Carolina), who passed away on February 4, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John G. Hardy and Maebell Wrenn Hardy; and his brother Wilbur Pendleton. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Baker Pendleton; his daughters, Teresa Davis (CT) of Rocky Mount, Lisa Wells (Todd) of Red Oak, NC and Kristi Peele of Spring Hope, NC; his grandchildren, Chad Thomas, Katie Simpson (Ryan), Tyler Wells (Brittney), Kierstin Cooper, Jake Cooper and Dax Peele; his great grandchildren, Taylor Thomas, Blake Thomas and Kaisley Wells; his brother Wayne Hardy (Diane); his sister-in-law Mary Helen Pendleton; and his close friends, Don Hill, Doug Speight and Mike Williams. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Johnson Funeral Home & Cremation Services (661 English Rd, Rocky Mount, NC 27804). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Rocky Mount Memorial Park (4454 Dortches Blvd, Rocky Mount, NC 27804).
