It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda P. Ward of Rocky Mount, North Carolina, who passed away on February 14, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John T. Pope and Earldeen Pittman Pope. She is survived by: her husband Leonard D. Ward; her children, Deana (Ward), Rhadans (Rick) of Acworth, Georgia and John D. Ward (Betty) of Farmville; her grandchildren, Dalton, Dylan Rhadans of Acworth, Georgia, Tyler and Jered Ward of Farmville; and her siblings, Sherry Pope Leonard and Johnny Pope of Rocky Mount.
