She is survived by: her husband Nelson Dugan, Jr.; her children, Melanie Dugan Strickland (Keith) of Rocky Mount and Mark Dugan of Rocky Mount; her grandchildren, Jessica Strickland, Hannah Strickland, Sarah Dugan and Brandee Dugan Kruse (Branden) of Wisconsin; her great grandchild Wrenlee Kruse; and her siblings-in-law, Carolyn West of Florida and Reed Anderson of Virginia. She is also survived by her family, friends.
