He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Edwards Jenkins; his children, Lisa Jenkins Jackson and Robert Dale Jenkins (Pamela); his grandsons, Brandon Jenkins (Qua) and Justin Jenkins; his brothers, Mervin Jenkins (Edith) and George Jenkins (Katt); his stepgranddaughter Billie Jo Jackson Winstead (Paul); his close friends, Wanda and Ralph Jenkins; and also Sampson. He is also survived by ten step great-grandchildren.
