He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Weldon "J. W." Rackley, Sr. and Jo Ann Wood Rackley; and his siblings, Jeffrey Allen "Jeff" Rackley and JoLynn Rackley Tyson. He is survived by: his sons, Jesse Weldon Rackley, III (Cynthia) and Stephen Lawrence Rackley (Aubrey); his stepson Chad Umipeg (Jessica); his grandchildren, Noah Rackley, Ryan Rackley, Isabella Umipeg, Allesandra Umipeg and Aliana Umipeg; and his cousins, Nancy Joyner, Bonnie Parrish and Laurie Bushee. He is also survived by other extended family members and good friends.
