She was predeceased by: her parents, William Edgar Carter and Stella Rich Carter; her husband C. L. "Bill" Bulluck; and her siblings, Edrena Rich, Nettie Carter, Bessie Carter, Gladys Pistritto and Clarence Carter.

She is survived by: her nephew Jeff Pistritto (Maria) of Myrtle Beach, SC; her nieces, Debbie Pistritto-Vertucci (Karen) of Pleasant Valley, NY and Stella Hairr of Wilmington, NC.; and her great-nephew Richard Moore (Mary) of Greenville. She is also survived by many great-nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews and cousins.

Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the West Edgecombe Baptist Church (13821 NC-43, Rocky Mount, NC 27801). A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Pineview Cemetery (761 W Raleigh Blvd, Rocky Mount, NC 27801). Jane's career in pharmacy spanned an impressive 69 years, and she only stepped away due to health concerns brought on by the pandemic.
