James Thomas Roberts Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Thomas Roberts of Rocky Mount, North Carolina, who passed away on January 12, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, James shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid James farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Roberts and Nancy Moffatt Roberts. He is survived by: his children, Susan LeBlanc (Jeff) of Manassas, VA, Julie Roberts of Zebulon, NC and Steven Roberts (Sherry) of Fredericksburg; his granddaughters, Amanda Roberts (Stefan Povolny) of Baltimore, MD and Sara Roberts of Fredericksburg, VA.; and his significant other June Braswell of Rocky Mount, NC. He is also survived by her 3 children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
