He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Pleasants Meadows and Louise Spencer Avent Meadows; and his granddaughter Anna Louise Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Notie Vay White Meadows; his children, Sarah Elizabeth Meadows Johnson, Vada Louise Meadows and Frank Pleasants Meadows III (Kip); his grandchildren, Sadie Estelle Meadows, Ayden Christopher Johnson, Alston McCullough Meadows, Elizabeth Holloway Earle, Frank Pleasants Meadows IV and Emily Avent Schemper; and his great grandchild Chet Edward Schemper.
