Frances Davidson Adams Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frances Davidson Adams of Rocky Mount, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 25, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude D. Davidson and Josephine Adams Davidson Ward; her husband Ernest Battle Adams; her brothers, William Cohen Davidson, Herbert Rudolph "Pete" Davidson and Walter J. Davidson; and her foster sister Mary Ellen Harris Taylor.
She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Elise Sykes and Rachel Adams; her nephew Jack Sykes (Barbara); her niece Dianne Zucker (Robert); her great-nieces, Elanah Abrams (Allen) and Kimberly Seifert (Bryan); and also, Asher and Kate Seifert.
A graveside service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Rocky Mount Memorial Park (4454 Dortches Blvd, Rocky Mount, NC 27804).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Red Oak Baptist Church Building Fund, 4861 Church Street, Battleboro, NC 27809.
