It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Parrish of Rocky Mount, North Carolina, who passed away on October 19, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Otha Thomas and Lizzie Southerland Taylor; her husband Harold W. Parrish, Jr.; her son Steve Parrish; and her brother James T. Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, Gail Pinkham of Rocky Mount and Harold Roberson "Rob" Parrish (Jill) of Wake Forest; her brother Robert T. Taylor (Patsy) of Wilmington; her daughter-in-law Gail T. Parrish of Nashville; her grandchildren, Stephanie Parrish, Victoria Parrish, Reagan Parrish, Ben Pinkham and Ashlyn Jo Bulluck-Ghiloni; her great grandchildren, Jayden Parrish, Sydney and Caroline Ghiloni; and her sisters-in-law, Evelynn R. Taylor of Chesterfield, VA and Ann P. Rose of Elon. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other extended relatives.
